This is an exciting opportunity for an OTL licensed customer service professional that would like to join a progressive organization that offers a unique product to its business customers. 

Title: Client Experience Specialist

Location: Downtown Toronto

Responsibilities:

  • To be the first point of contact and deal with any Insurance related enquiry.
  • Undertaking welcome calls to new clients in professional and client focused manner.
  • To book initial employment consultancy appointments for new clients.
  • To establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues to ensure a ‘one team approach’ to service delivery.
  • To maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, policies and procedures in relation to the role.
  • Carrying out the activation of all new accounts in accordance with agreed policies and procedures of the company.
  • Distributing welcome packs and other material for new clients.
  • Proactively contacting clients who have missed payments.
  • Proactively contacting clients who are not utilizing service
  • Dealing with all incoming and outgoing company post
  • Maintaining the client database with regards to complaints
  • To ensure that all enquires are dealt with promptly, in line with agreed standards and targets
  • Ensuring that all emails to Client Satisfaction are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • To identify ways in which the team and the company can further improve performance and service delivery to customers.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ Experience providing exceptional customer service
  • OTL Insurance licence, or RIBO but willing to convert to OTL
  • Attention to detail
  • Organisation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Thorough understanding of how to use Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work in a face paced business environment
