Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities: Managing incoming and outgoing calls, advising clients about our unique collector auto insurance programs, processing endorsements, transactions and assisting other CSR's as required. Personal Characteristics: Professional, friendly and courteous in all interactions, whether with customers or co-workers. Team player adaptable to a changing environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills Strong multi-tasking abilities Qualifications: RIBO Secondary School Diploma Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Office products.
