Pivotal Integrated HR Solutions is currently recruiting for several Customer Service Roles throughout the GTA in both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines.

Having been a broker myself for close to 10 years, I have chosen to only work with firms that truly value their employees, provide exceptional support and want top notch service representatives to illustrate professionalism to their clients.

Minimum Requirements:

  • RIBO licensed
  • 3-5 years industry experience
  • Familiar with TAM, Policy Works, Compu- Quote and/or Power Broker
  • Working towards or completed CAIB or CIP
