 Customer Service Insurance Representative 

Regular full-time position 

An international brokerage firm is looking for a Customer Service Insurance Representative to join our downtown Calgary office.  The successful candidate will provide administrative and technical insurance support to a team as well as respond to client’s questions and requests for information and assistance, in a timely manner.  The successful candidate will also be required to process insurance documentation from preparing insurance schedules to signing certificates of insurance and preparing reports and bordereaus.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid Alberta level 2 insurance license and have a minimum of 2 years of progressive commercial insurance experience.  In addition, the successful candidate will be proficient in both MS Word and Excel as well as detailed oriented to ensure the accuracy of documents.  The incumbent must possess excellent organizational skills to prioritize competing demands and deadlines.  Lastly, the successful candidate will have superior verbal and written communication skills combined with a customer service orientation to develop strong working relationships with clients, brokers and sales teams.
