Lundgren & Young Insurance is a growing insurance brokerage in Alberta with opportunities for individuals who are looking to fulfill and expand their insurance career.  We are currently looking for Independent & Associate Brokers with or without a portfolio throughout Alberta.

We provide the best support in the business so you can succeed as an independent commission broker working at one of our branches where your office and administrative expenses are covered or working from home, or as an associate broker (franchise broker) running your own business operation and still getting the support you need to succeed.

Some of the support  we provide to our brokers:  access to many insurance markets, advertising, prospecting/lead generation support, telemarketing service, in-house underwriting, broker support team, administrative & accounting support service, risk marketing team, in-house financing programs, advanced broker management systems, promotional materials, broker's E&O insurance coverage and much more…

Our commissioned brokers have a vested interest/ownership in their portfolio.

Lundgren & Young’s Broker Commission Structure:

Independent Brokers (office & administrative expenses covered):

New Business: 60%,     Renewal: 50%

Associate Brokers (office & administrative expenses not covered):

New Business: 75%,      Renewal: 75%

Must have experience in producing quality commercial business and take initiatives to prospect for new clients.
