Customer Service Broker – Personal Lines
We are currently seeking an experienced Service Broker and have a position available in our:
Woodbridge Office

The role of the Service broker includes:
-Servicing of clients
-Full policy review
-Quoting and selling New Business
-Product Knowledge
-Monolines
-Accounts receivable
-Expiry dates
-Face to Face meetings
-Participation in trade shows/conferences periodically

Skills required:
-RIBO license in good standing and active or OTL License (to be converted to RIBO)
-Minimum 5 years previous service broker experience
-Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Exemplary phone etiquette and customer service skills
-Detail oriented, self motivated and resourceful with sound problem solving skills
-High degree of integrity, reliability and professionalism
