Personal Lines CSR

Due to a retirement of one of our personal lines CSR, we are seeking a replacement.  We are a well established East Toronto brokerage which offers a competitive salary, commission, pension and medical benefit plan.

Key responsibilities of this position are:

• Managing, servicing and developing a book of clientele
• Able to work on their own
• Proactive renewal handling
• New business development
• Developing stronger client relationships including cross-selling & up-selling
• Team player

Qualifications:

• 5 years RIBO licensed
• Strong personal lines insurance knowledge
• Experience working with insurance proprietary software - preferrably TAM/Compu-quote
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent grammar and spelling
