Our history
In 1986 Shumka Craig & Moore Adjusters opened their doors in Edmonton, AB.
In 2008, following a major acquisition, the company was rebranded as
ClaimsPro. Our claims professionals offer a broad range of expertise
across multiple disciplines and are committed to providing the highest quality
of service to our Clients.
Our professional staff
Our success is directly linked to the quality of our personnel and their technical excellence.
We employ experienced, knowledgeable adjusters and continually improve their skills and business
processes with training and development programs. Through our specialized divisions we lead the industry with
expert adjusters in all loss disciplines.
Technology to better manage claims
Claims handling is one of the world's most information-intensive businesses which is why technology
is critical to best-in-class service. Technology also brings the added benefits of improved
productivity and increased intelligence through improved analytics. Our technology, iAdjust,
drives efficiencies and improves customer satisfaction. And, most importantly, improves
speed of decision making which shortens total cycle time.
Claimspro is continually striving to reduce our clients' risk costs through performance excellence.
Our clients value the transparency of our system because they maintain control and at the same time
realize efficiencies through our well established processes. Our experienced staff focuses on driving
measurable results back to our clients so they can focus on other value added projects.
