What you would be doing
•Sales of our personal lines insurance products in an inbound sales centre environment to prospective clients with a consultative approach;
•Educate our clients on insurance coverage along with the benefit of insuring with Grey Power;
•Meet and exceed sales, customer service, quality and underwriting targets;
•Prepare documentation for insurer.
What you bring to the table
•University degree;
•Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario (R.I.B.O) License;
•Professional / consultative selling skills a must;
•Be backed by a proven sales record with the ability to meet targets and work under pressure;
•Good time management skills including ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and detail oriented;
•Ability to adapt quickly to change;
•Good computer skills – proficient in Windows environment;
•Strong communication skills (verbal & written & listening) with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts and excellent critical thinking skills;
•Some flexibility to work shifts on weekdays preferred.
