We are looking for a Customer Services Team Leader – Personal Line. This is a management position.
Your responsibilities include:
• Working with senior management and implementing company's personal line policy
• Liaising with insurance companies on underwriting, policy issue and renewal, upload and download
• Hiring and coaching team members
• Training junior brokers on personal lines
• Completing special projects as assigned
Your qualifications include:
• RIBO licensed
• At least 5+ years of personal line experience in a similar position
• Very familiar with TAM system
• Insurance designation an asset
