This opportunity is with an established and well-regarded multi-line brokerage.
Your duties will be to manage and service a portfolio of Personal Lines accounts, handling all of the usual account maangement duties, with the exception of renewal marketing. Daily duties will include fielding enquiries, processing endorsements, quoting on new business, cross- and up-selling, reporting and following up on claims, inputting on companies' portals etc.
Your requirements will include 2+ years' related experience in a traditional, muli-market brokerage, good communication and organizational skills, a valid RIBO, ideally some CAIB or CIP course completion; experience uploading to portals, and ideally experience with Power Broker.
