Primary responsibilities include providing excellent Client Service to individual Group Benefits Plan Members on their insurance requirements, through telephone contact and/or email inquiries using established procedures in a fast-paced computerized environment.
The ideal candidate will have a Post Secondary certificate or diploma in a business program, the appropriate provincial license and working towards a C.E.B.S designation. 1-3 years of Group Benefits experience in an administrative role is also desirable. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in a team environment.
