| Job Description |
ROLE SUMMARY Responsible for timely investigation, coverage interpretation, review of property estimates for accuracy, evaluation of moderate to complex property/liability claims while bringing the claim to a conclusion. The successful candidate will be accountable for providing a high quality customer service and to work independently within established authority.
SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Adjuster’s license level 2 or 3 and CIP designation or working towards completion. Handle large losses and complex claims. Ability to identify the need for and hire the appropriate experts. Proficient communication skills verbal and written. Ability to interpret insurance policies and endorsements. Effective analytical skills Demonstrated organization skills with ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities in an effective manner Proactive and positive approach to customer service ensuring that all inquiries are dealt with in a timely and effective manner Strong interpersonal skills allowing you to deal with conflicting and difficult situations
