Base Salary: Employees are paid bi-weekly through direct

an accident. The company pays your basic coverage but you may also purchase

insurance will cover you in the event of an extended illness.
Pension Plan: We offer our employees a Defined Contribution Plan with early retirement provisions. This plan supplements those
benefits you would receive from the government and your own personal retirement
savings, to provide you with some financial security during retirement.
Employee Assistance Program: We also provide access to
free and confidential advice and information on a wide variety of topics from

Assistance Program: The company is committed to the continuous
learning of all employees. The company will pay 100% of your course fees and
textbooks for any CIP/FCIP and other job related development training. We also
offer cash bonuses for the successful completion of CIP/FCIP courses.
Personal Computer Loan Program: Gore Mutual offers an
interest-free loan up to $3000 to purchase a computer or peripheral device.
Fitness Facilities: We have an on-site fitness
