The Role

Work in tandem with Account Executives to succesfully execute client prospect meetings

Act as point of contact for new client claims, gathering important information and documentation to provide to the insurer.

Liaise between the client and insurer in resolving claims

Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process.

Conduct analysis of claims and coverage and recommend solutions to coverage issues.

Negotiate payments and reimbursements client’s behalf

Collaborate with the team on resolving difficult files and scenarios

Assist in the mentorship and guidance of junior employees.

Provide timely updates to clients on claim status or any other important information.

Build relationships with external stakeholders such as adjusters, insurance companies, and other valuable vendors. 

Who You Are

You are a dedicated insurance professional with a passion for the industry. If you are keen to work for a National Insurance Brokerage with an entrepreneurial spirit and an effective and progressive leadership team look no further. 

You must possess;

Minimum of 3-5 years in handling claims

Ability to work in a team environment, but also autonomously as needed.

Ability to think critically and solve problems

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Willingness to embrace new challenges and work under pressure during busy times.

Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.

Insurance license, or ability to obtain quickly, a major asset
