This new position will require you to provide both direction and support to the existing McDougall Personal Lines customer service staff in our offices in the Ottawa Valley area and Deep River.
You will assist in the recruitment, orientation and training of new staff and work with existing PL staff to ensure that there is a current understanding of the work flow methods associated with the CSR positions. Coaching current staff and scheduling local resources to meet the required workload will be done in conjunction with head office resources and the Branch Managers.
Requirements include a RIBO license in good standing and at least 10 year’s progressive customer service experience, ideally in the personal lines area. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
This position will be located in Arnprior.
