Title: Receptionist / Office Administrator
Established Toronto Insurance Brokerage is seeking a receptionist to handle incoming calls, screen and direct calls, and receive and sort mail and deliveries.
- Greet, welcome and direct visitors appropriately
- Notify company personnel of visitor arrival
- Handle incoming phone calls, mail, faxes, and e-mails
- Handle outgoing mail
- Maintain safe and clean reception area, meeting/board rooms, and employee common areas
- Post secondary degree or diploma
- Minimum 6 months of reception experience
- Telephone skills
- Microsoft Office skills
- Customer focus organization
- Office supply management
- French Language a plus!
