Title: Receptionist / Office Administrator

Location: Toronto

Established Toronto Insurance Brokerage is seeking a receptionist to handle incoming calls, screen and direct calls, and receive and sort mail and deliveries.

Primary Duties

  • Greet, welcome and direct visitors appropriately
  • Notify company personnel of visitor arrival
  • Handle incoming phone calls, mail, faxes, and e-mails
  • Handle outgoing mail
  • Maintain safe and clean reception area, meeting/board rooms, and employee common areas


  • Post secondary degree or diploma
  • Minimum 6 months of reception experience
  • Telephone skills
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Customer focus organization
  • Office supply management
  • French Language a plus!
