The key objective of the Recruitment Associate is translating relationships with qualified candidates into complex HR solutions for our clientele, a by-product being career advancement for our candidates.

We provide a number of value-added services beyond talent acquisition, making us a strategic business partner for our clients and a trusted resource and counsellor for insurance professionals.
Recruit top candidates via referrals, research, networking and social media marketing
Network with industry professionals to establish relationships
Conduct interviews with potential candidates
Facilitate client/candidate matches by reviewing client job orders and candidate qualifications; understanding when marketing candidates is appropriate where job orders do not exist
Advise candidates on organizations and career paths
Consult candidates on the details of job offers
Assist in final stage negotiation of employment contracts acting as a broking mechanism between clients and candidates
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously when needed
Solution oriented problem solver
Willingness to work cohesively and collaboratively within a team based environment
1-3 years in a sales or recruitment focused role a major asset
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to adapt easily to changing environments and strategies
MUST be a team player
Proven success in relationship building and networking effectively
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Fearlessness towards approaching key decision makers
The necessary hard skills will be provided through DGA's training program, however applicants must have the appropriate soft skills. High energy and confidence levels are necessary to approach qualified professionals about relevant opportunities. Advanced communication skills and a firm grasp on market trends are also required for winning trust and developing relationships.
Compensation: We offer a base salary and benefits with monthly commissions and other incentives.
