Due to an upcoming retirement, Brant Mutual Insurance Company (www.brantmutual.com) is seeking an experienced Manager of Claims Services. This position reports directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer and is a key player in the management of our team-oriented, customer service focused company.
Policyholder-owned Brant Mutual is a property and casualty Mutual insurer. Our team of professionals provides residential, farm, commercial, and auto products and services. Located in Southwestern Ontario, our Brantford office is central to London, Toronto, and Kitchener/Waterloo.
The successful applicant will be part of the Management Team responsible for company operations. They will direct and develop the Claims department, ensuring consistent delivery of claims services, and maintaining high service standards in compliance with both internal and regulatory requirements.
Candidates will have demonstrated positive leadership, as well as a high level of negotiating and communication skills. They will be well-organized, decisive, and able to both cultivate and sustain strong relationships. They will be technologically proficient and very familiar with products, vendors, and third-party solutions geared to claims administration.

To be considered for this position applicants must have significant insurance and claims knowledge, 3 years of supervisory experience, and a CIP designation (or working toward one).
