We are actively recruiting for the position of a Personal Lines RIBO Customer Service Representative to join a reputable brokerage located in Markham, Ontario. Title: Personal Lines CSR
Location: Markham, Ontario (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding day-to-day customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Efficiently handle policy changes
- Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with insurers and underwriters
- Provide assistance and support to producers as required
- Manage claims reporting on behalf of clients
- Conduct renewal reviews and facilitate policy remarketing as necessary
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid RIBO license with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in an insurance brokerage
- Possess a solid understanding of personal lines insurance policies and coverages
- Proficient in utilizing computers and applications, with a working knowledge of C.Q. and Power Brokers, as well as insurance company portals
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and work ethic
- Display exceptional attention to detail
- Exhibit effective multitasking and time management skills
- Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
