The Opportunity Awaits
As our Professional Lines Claims Manager, you will lead and mentor a dedicated team of Claims Specialists and an Administrator, managing a portfolio of complex professional liability claims. Your role is pivotal in defending the integrity of the architectural profession, ensuring our policyholders receive robust defence and cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership Excellence: Guide a talented team, fostering an environment of growth, efficiency, and innovation.
Strategic Coverage Analysis: Dive deep into policy details to ascertain coverage and strategize defence. - 9383 -
Investigative Acumen: Lead thorough investigations to gather critical information for claim resolution.
Financial Stewardship: Maintain precise financial oversight, ensuring judicious management of reserves and expenses.
Expert Collaboration: Coordinate with a network of professionals to support effective claim resolution.
Resolution Mastery: Craft and implement strategies for negotiation and settlement, managing the entire claim lifecycle with finesse.
Documentation and Communication: Keep detailed records and maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders.
