Job Description
Our client is seeking a (Senior) Commercial Account Manager to join their team in Kamloops! The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years commercial lines insurance experience and is a General Insurance License Level 2 holder.
Location: Kamloops, BC (On-site)
Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining maximum retention of existing book by providing exceptional client service
- Preparing all client service documents in a timely manner
- Liaising with marketing on placements, renewals, and midterm policy changes
- Reviewing of leases and contract documents, and provide coverage advice to clients
- Attending internal and external meetings as required
Requirements:
- 3 years+ of experience in Commercial Lines roles
- Level 2 General Insurance License
- CIP designation or enrolled in CIP course is preferred
- Team player with strong communication and time management skills
