Our client is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Associate to join their team! The ideal candidate must have at least 3 year of solid auto insurance sales experience and proven track record in educating/coaching a team on product knowledge.
Location: Vancouver, BC
Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:
- Utilize company program to coach and educate new and existing employees
- Conduct engaging training sessions in person on product specifics and sales strategies
- Continuously update training materials to reflect changes in polices, regulations, or new product introductions
- Assess program effectiveness through evaluation, feedback, and performance metrics
- Achieving and surpassing sales goals and targets
Requirements:
- 3 years+ solid auto insurance experience with proven track record in high sales
- Prior experience in education and coaching team on product knowledge
- Insurance Broker Level 1 License (must obtain Level 2 within 6 months of employment)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
