Job Description
We are a well-established Property/Casualty Insurance Brokerage located in Mississauga, seeking an RIBO-licensed Personal Line CSR with some knowledge of Commercial Lines (Preferable Not Mandatory), TSR's or experienced Team Leader, Sales Brokers.

Requirements:
- Current RIBO license
- Working knowledge of Power Broker (Preferable), and Compu Quote
- Working knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong customer service experience (i.e. 2+ years’ experience as Personal Lines CSR)
- High performance team player
- Positive & outgoing attitude
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, and follow-up on uncompleted tasks in a timely manner
Key Responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming client requests promptly and efficiently
- Upholding service standards to all clients
- Front line u/w for existing and new client files
- Super-qualify prospective clients
- Providing premium estimates & best “solution” for clients & prospects
- Completing application process for new clients
- Remarketing of existing accounts, where necessary
- Documenting account changes in client files
- Completing renewal applications and order reports
- Sending all required documentation to clients
- Promoting account-rounding with clients
- Promote cross-selling & up-selling opportunities
- Proactively striving to develop accounts with incoming/outgoing calls & clients visits
- Completing customer-satisfaction calls
- Basic office duties
