We are looking for a full time Personal Lines CSR to join our team. The ideal person for this role needs to be reliable, detail oriented, customer focused, with good computer skills.  

Qualifications:

  • RIBO Licensed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly developed customer service skills
  • 1-3 years experience as a Personal Lines CSR
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude

Primary Duties:

  • Provide professional customer service to new and existing clients
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on insurance products and service
  • Process client payments and inquiries
  • Process changes via EDI upload/download and insurer portals
