My client is a growing independently owned brokerage looking to add a Customer Service Broker to their team.  They require someone that is focussed on providing exceptional service to their customers, has a strong ability to work on various company portals and demonstrate they care about the customer.

Personal Lines Customer Service Rep

Locations: Toronto

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Service insurance client requests
  • Ability to work effectively on various company portals
  • Focus on delivering the right product to clients
  • Dedicated and career minded individuals

Requirements:

  • Must have a RIBO Licence
  • Minimum 5 years of personal lines insurance experience
  • Enjoy providing exceptional customer service
  • Excellent computer skills
  • TAM experience preferred
  • Great team player
