We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and terrific work ethic to join our client's Construction insurance division. This role works alongside the Account Executives and Senior Account Managers to help provide exceptional service to clients.

Your duties will be to;

  • Ensure all client and insurer correspondence is accurate and flows in an efficient manner.
  • Prepare submissions, client proposals, and maintain appropriate documentation
  • Process binders, invoices, certificates of insurance and other documentation as required.
  • Follow up for outstanding items from underwriters, clients and insurers
  • Payment processing through the online service
  • Review policies against cover notes for accuracy

You must possess;

Active Level 2 insurance license

Commercial Insurance experience in any industry segment 

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work flow

Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team

An interest in personal development and eagerness to learn new things

An infectious, positive attitude with a desire to collaborate with those around you.
