Job Description

Our client, a large successful Canadian brokerage, is looking for a Commercial Auto Representative to join their growing team.

The Commercial Auto Representative provides ICBC Fleet Service, Out of Province Automobile Fleets, and non-fleet commercial automobile insurance. You will be working closely with Producers/Account Executives in assisting their clientele with a high level of service. 

You can expect training and mentorship while growing your career. If you love customer service and working with great people, then this role is for you! Monday to Friday schedule and no evenings. 

Role

Maintain a diary of prospective and current clients and follow-up on sales leads

Build relationships with current customers, asking for referrals, generating new business and increasing retention

Review and work renewal lists, contacting clients minimum 45 days in advance

Ensure that all notes to file are completed after each transaction 

Provide friendly, professional service to customers

Handle routine customer and producer inquiries/concerns

Take and report claims

Manage and maintain fleet accounts

Return all customer inquiries in a timely manner

Ensure work is prompt, efficient and accurate

Requirements

Ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience and be fluent with ICBC rules/regulations 

Must have great communication skills, both written and verbal

High level of customer service needed

Must have a positive attitude and be a real team player

Level 2 license required or ability to obtain within 6 months
