We are looking to hire a Manager Alberta Claims (Commercial Auto & Injury) located in Edmonton to contribute to enhancing the customer experience, and contributing to growth and efficient operations. We’re looking for someone who believes in providing service excellence to customers and broker partners – and who can take those values to motivate a team to understand and find ways to make the claims experience even better. Using your ability to engage others through effective communication and empowerment, you will oversee our claims team to ensure consistency in claims handling practices that keeps the customer’s perspective top of mind.
Passionate about insurance and ready to mentor, coach and develop a dedicated team of claims professionals – you are the positive force for change we need to tackle the opportunities and challenges that come with growing a business through a vision of providing service excellence.
Candidates must bring the education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity — after all, we’re counting on you. We are looking for candidates who have a CIP designation, and an insurance or risk management diploma. Candidates should have at least eight years’ experience in a senior role. Alternative combinations of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
