Processing / Administrative Professional – Personal Lines Insurance


The RiskTech Personal Lines Team is searching for a skilled, enthusiastic, and motivated Processing / Administrative Professional who is ready to expand his or her technology based career and work closely with a team of experienced Personal Lines brokers to help grow our business.


Position Overview:

As a key member of our Team, you will:

  • Process daily downloaded transactions which includes billing functions and document management
  • Monitor and report on key data relating to net growth, including cancellations, renewal lists, unbilled reports, and new business lists
  • Ensure seamless delivery of insurance notices to the Personal Lines Team
  • Manage the processing email inbox
  • Occasionally work with our Accounting professionals to clear invoiced premium discrepancies
  • Participate in special projects that arise within our Team
  • Directly impact the future success and growth of our Team through your contributions to net growth, new business initiatives, process improvements, and collaborative problem solving



As a skilled Administrative professional, you bring a lot to the table:

  • Effective Team player with a strong work ethic and is a self-starter
  • Strong administrative support skills and close attention to detail
  • A minimum of two years experience within the insurance industry, ideally in Personal Lines
  • Familiar with SIG XP (an important asset), MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Google Mail
  • Strong time management and problem solving skills
  • Well organized and able to prioritize and work effectively under time pressure
  • Well developed keyboarding skills are a must (minimum of 50 wpm)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
