We are currently expanding our highly engaged team of insurance professionals, by hiring for the following position for our growing needs:

Customer Service Representative - Personal Lines Insurance 

About the Job...

We are looking for a special individual who can manage the following responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer service calls
  • Maintain client records; handle renewals, endorsements and claims
  • Proactively service: with renewal reviews, account rounding; claims prevention educating
  • Deepen client relationship at every touch point
  • Continually develop market, product, client and industry knowledge & expertise

Your Skills...

  • Minimum 2 years property casualty Insurance experience Required 
  • You have a RIBO License
  • You have working knowledge of insurance Broker Management tools
  • You have working knowledge of insurance company portals
  • You have working knowledge of various insurance market's underwriting rules
  • You have exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
  • You have determination to assist in meeting service, growth and retention goals
  • You have a positive and energetic attitude towards customer needs
  • You have strong organizational skills
