Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Transportation Claims Manager to join our transportation team in Toronto, ON.

 

The successful candidate will work as part of the transportation claims supervisory team to achieve operational & divisional goals and motivate team members through coaching, mentoring, monitoring performance quality and technical assistance. Participate in the quality assurance process and assist manager with administrative tasks, strategy implementation. The candidate will have a strong commitment to meet key performance indications in accordance with client service level agreements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience handling claims 
  • Fully Licensed Adjuster with CIP or FCIP and CRM designation preferred
  • Effective management and training skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and mathematical skills required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective PC-Based tools skills including Office 2013.
