Marketing Operations Coordinator 

based in Mississauga 


Our client based in Mississauga a large national insurance brokerage firm is looking to bring on a tech savvy marketing operations coordinator.  


  • Position Overview
    • Marketing and promotional materials creation and execution
    • Coordinate advertising, sponsorships, tradeshows, special events and association administration (CCI/ACMO)
    • Liaise with national IT team and assist with handling desktop support, telephone systems support, premise security FOBs and IT procurement
    • Assist in onboarding process for new hires
    • Applied Epic user and system administration
    • Office operations including supply and service procurement and repair
    • Liaise with building property management
    • Other duties as assigned
  • Position Requirements
    • 1-2 years administrative experience
    • Strong analytical, organization and time management skills
    • Great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong team player – ability to adapt to and work cooperatively with various individuals
    • Ability to troubleshoot and collaborate with staff to resolve issues
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
