The ideal candidate for this entry level role is someone with a high attention to detail and a strong team approach with data entry processing experience.  This position reports directly to the Manager, Central Operations and is responsible for:

 

·        Process all new business applications including; life new business and insurance policies into the HUB Financial database

·        Enter and process anywhere from 25-30 applications daily as well as 40 – 50 policies daily

·        Verify client information, plan and premium coverage against the issued policy are accurate and up to date

·        Conduct first review of applications to ensure full completion and make note of any missing or required information

·        Verify any requirements (i.e. medical) and ensure they are ordered as required

·        Ensure scanned documents are attached accurately and correctly within the correct database

·        Update and maintain the insurance database with additions and/or changes to client information, plans or policies


Qualifications & Experience:

 

·        High School Diploma

·        1-2 years’ processing experience

·        Strong data entry and administrative skills

·        Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

·        Ability to multitask, effectively time manage and exercise initiative while completing tasks

·        Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

·        Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

·        Customer focused and a strong team player with a great attitude

·        Able to work in a fast paced/high volume environment
