Our client is seeking an experience Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team!
Commercial Lines Account Manager/ CSR. Customer Service
Location:Woodbridge
Job tasks:
Working with Clients and Sales Staff
Processing Insurance
Transactions for clients
Manage policy renewals, endorsements and customer service on accounts per company defined service levels
Prepare premium analysis and coverage comparison for renewal quotes and participate in marketing renewal accounts as required
Communicate and manage renewal quotations and coverage changes with Insurer
Handle account receivable discrepancies
Review policy wordings & documents to ensure accuracy and quality control
Follow up on endorsements, renewals, new business, and claims
Issuance of Certificates of Insurance/or review prior to Technical Assistants issuance.
Input all information in TAM System accurately and efficiently per company workflow policies
Requirements:
Commercial Insurance previous experience as a CSR
MUST have RIBO designation
Professional, friendly and courteous in all interactions, whether with co-workers or customers
Team player adaptable to a changing environment
Perform well in a busy operation, remain calm under pressure
Good organization skills, ability to prioritize
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented
Ambitious
