Job Posting – CSR

Seymour Fair Insurance Brokers Inc. is a local St. Catharines insurance brokerage in business since the year 2000. As we prepare to celebrate our 20th anniversary, we are excited to announce we will be expanding and are actively looking for experienced personal lines CSRs to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Providing effective customer service to all clients of assigned personal lines accounts in Ontario;
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all client and insurer communications;
  • Provide customers with professional and expert advice in all areas of personal lines insurance;
  • Responding to all service-related inquiries, policy changes, new business, re-marketing and claims support

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a RIBO Licensed Broker;
  • Experience with Power Broker, compu-quote and applied systerms (would be an asset but willing to train)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment;
  • Must have strong organizational skills, able to multi-task and knowledgeable in the personal lines markets and company portals
