We are currently looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) Assistant, who is RIBO licensed (preferred) and has a desire to continue their insurance career in a highly energetic, professional and positive environment.
The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic and organizational skills, be a team player and have the ability to work in a fast paced insurance brokerage. Above average service and computer skills along with excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to work on EPIC- Applied Systems - BMS, Compu-Quote and full knowledge of carrier portals would be an asset.
