Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, professional, Personal Lines Customer Service representative to service a book of business.  The ideal candidate would have a minimum of five years’ experience working in the insurance industry and has a passion for delivering extraordinary service

 

Job duties: 

  • Look after all aspects of maintaining a personal lines book of business
  • Answering inbound calls and inquiries
  • Processing endorsements and payments in insurance company portals
  • Completing mid-term & renewal policy reviews
  • Identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
  • Providing exceptional service and professional advice
  • Completing all applicable documentation with accuracy
  • Following company & carrier guidelines
  • Working well with other team members

 

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the insurance industry preferred
  • TAM experience an asset
  • CIP or CAIB designation or working toward this designation an asset
  • RIBO license required
  • Sales Experience an asset
