Trillium Mutual Insurance Company is a leading member owned property-casualty mutual insurer in Ontario. After serving five full terms, Director Ross Stone has announced his pending retirement as required by the termlimit Bylaw. The Company is seeking candidates for appointment to the Board to fill this upcoming vacancy, and as part of the due diligence process has completed a skills gap analysis.

Based on a skills gap analysis, the ideal candidate will enhance the Board’s effectiveness by having strong communication, teamwork and governance skills and the ability to contribute strong decision making representing the interest of the members. The Board would be particularly enhanced by a candidate having training and experience in most of these fields:

• Entrepreneurism and Innovation
• Strategic Thinking
• Agriculture and Rural Knowledge
• Business and People Leadership
