Location: Burnaby: Tuesday to Saturday schedule

What You’ll Do
- Fleetplan Procedures:
- New Quote
- Fleet Renewal
- Loss Ratio Report for Improvement options
- Review and offer all applicable coverage to avoid any E&O
- Claim analysis for eligibility to be on Retro Program
- Proceeding New Garage Policy Quote and Policy Renewal, including knowledge of:
- Coverage and Exclusion under Garage Policy
- Floater Licences (Demonstration Plate, Repairer’s Plate, Transporter’s Plate)
- Averaging and Protection Letters
- Registration and Licensing of Industrial Machine, as well as Heavy Commercial Trucks, knowledge of:
- Rules and regulations on oversized equipment
- Application for BC assigned VIN
- Application for short VIN
- Statutory Declaration
- CVSE requirements (Inspections and National Safety Code)
Who You Are
- Ideally you have your Insurance License Level 2 but level 1 will be considered.
- You have a strong knowledge of ICBC
- Ideally You have good knowledge of Prorate Licensing
- You are a self-starter, highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You have experience using Microsoft Office, The Agency Manager and/or Applied Epic
- You have a friendly professional demeanor with a good sense of business acumen
- You have a natural ability to thrive in a team environment and work well with others
