Location: Burnaby: Tuesday to Saturday schedule

What You’ll Do

  • Fleetplan Procedures:
    • New Quote
    • Fleet Renewal
    • Loss Ratio Report for Improvement options
    • Review and offer all applicable coverage to avoid any E&O
    • Claim analysis for eligibility to be on Retro Program
  • Proceeding New Garage Policy Quote and Policy Renewal, including knowledge of:
    • Coverage and Exclusion under Garage Policy
    • Floater Licences (Demonstration Plate, Repairer’s Plate, Transporter’s Plate)
    • Averaging and Protection Letters
  • Registration and Licensing of Industrial Machine, as well as Heavy Commercial Trucks, knowledge of:
    • Rules and regulations on oversized equipment
    • Application for BC assigned VIN
    • Application for short VIN
    • Statutory Declaration
    • CVSE requirements (Inspections and National Safety Code)

Who You Are

  • Ideally you have your Insurance License Level 2 but level 1 will be considered.
  • You have a strong knowledge of ICBC 
  • Ideally You have good knowledge of Prorate Licensing
  • You are a self-starter, highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You have experience using Microsoft Office, The Agency Manager and/or Applied Epic
  • You have a friendly professional demeanor with a good sense of business acumen
  • You have a natural ability to thrive in a team environment and work well with others
