Position Summary:

HUB Financial Inc., is growing and we are currently seeking a National Marketing Administrator to join our Woodbridge, ON National Marketing team!  The ideal candidate for this role is self-motivated, has great time management skills, combined with exceptional customer service skills.  This position reports directly to the Manager, National Marketing.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the National Marketing Inbox and responding to all queries in a timely manner
  • Setting up and managing advisor logins for our website
  • Assisting advisors with login issues including password resets and navigating the website
  • Preparing and sending communications through CRM including weekly newsletters
  • Updating and monitoring CRM reports
  • Updating website content including event postings
  • Assisting with Call Campaigns
  • Setting up and monitoring monthly webinars
  • Applying for and issuing CE Credits
  • Other administrative tasks as required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Post-secondary education obtained at a credited community college
  • Minimum of three (3) years of related experience
  • Essential to this role is time management skills and self-regulation to accomplish daily tasks in adherence to our service standards
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written is required
  • Meticulous attention to detail required
  • Proficient Typing and Computer skills  – especially but not limited to MS Office & Excel
  • Familiarity with CRM systems an asset
  • Works well independently as well as with a team
  • Knowledge of the Insurance and Financial Industry an asset
