In Markham, we have aggressive growth targets and client opportunities and looking to add experienced Sales Representatives to sell our Personal Home and Auto Insurance Products. We are looking for the best to represent HUB’s established reputation as a market leader.

Training at HUB:

At HUB, we have a dedicated trainer to ensure you are ramped up in your role quickly teaching you our broker management system, carriers, workflows to ensure you are a credible subject matter expert in your role. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic Personal Insurance Leader.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prompt response to all customer inquiries by providing effective and efficient customer service to verbal and written inquiries for Personal Lines Retail Home and Auto.

  • Respond to inbound telephone inquiries

  • Ensuring retention targets are met, including by means of re-marketing.

  • New Business sales

  • Cross-selling other insurance and financial products based on the minimum requirements.

  • Upselling to existing clients. Placing outgoing touch base calls.

  • Completing outbound calls as required for renewal review and special projects

  • Resolving client concerns and complaints while ensuring that Service Excellence Standards are met.

  • Lead generation support for Commercial Lines and Wealth Management products


You will decide what compensation structure you are comfortable with whether it’s a guaranteed base salary plus commission or move into a full commission structure earning up to 70% commission on new business and an opportunity to earn renewal commission.
