We have clients in North York and Oakville who are looking to hire Commercial Lines Account Managers to join their growing teams. 

 Renewals

Prepare summaries for TSR to issue as needed Summaries to company for quote

Gather renewal information

Preparation of renewal packages for clients Help identify coverage to be recommended Obtain renewal instructions

Request renewals Review for accuracy

Forwarding of documents to Producers or clients

Claim - Opening

Take claim reports Complete Loss report forms Report claims to Company

Act as liaison between Adjuster and client, when required

Proactive claims management

Advise Producer of difficult claim situations Assist and co-operate with marketing as needed Do on-line quotes with 3 carriers as required by client/Producer or your own intuition

Scan renewal documents & invoices and attach to TAM for off-site Producers as required

Endorsements

Receive requests

Issue Policy Change requests Update Summaries

Issue Letters to client confirming requests Documentation of system

Addition of abeyances

Review policy documents from Company for accuracy, in conjunction with TSR

Certificates

Receive requests Forward to TSR

Review and sign before TSR mails out as needed

New Business

Prepare Proposals, including Summaries and Introduction letters

Complete underwriting submissions for partner on New Business

Miscellaneous

Maintain files according to Procedure Manual Return files to appropriate file rack at the end of the day

Purge files for storage

 

Experience Requirement

Minimum of 3 years RIBO licensed
