Position Summary:

HUB Capital Inc., is growing and we are seeking a strong Dealer Services Administrator to join our Woodbridge, ON team!  This position is responsible for new advisor onboarding, second tier support for advisors, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ongoing business transaction processing.  The successful candidate will report directly into the Supervisor, Dealer Services.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up on business transactions and account maintenance as well as identifying and correcting errors
  • Second tier support for advisors with inquiries and concerns
  • Ensure business is processed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Liaise with carriers and fund companies on behalf of HUB
  • Provide system access and first level trouble-shooting
  • Assist with new advisor onboarding
  • Communicate with other departments managing maintenance of advisor information and corrections
  • Maintain accurate tracking of leveraged accounts
  • Involved with statement creation, review, and delivering statements on time
  • Work with internal customers to resolve back office administrative issues
  • Assist with special projects including testing and implementation as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High School Diploma and/or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ of customer service experience
  • Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience using FundSERV is an asset
  • Strong and precise data entry, processing and administrative skills
  • Ability to multitask, effectively time manage and exercise initiative while completing tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent, strong and effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Customer focused, a strong team player with a positive attitude
