Job Description

Account Managers are an essential part of our team. They are responsible for ensuring the clients receive excellent service and have the right coverage in place to protect their needs. Their role includes client renewals, answering client inquiries, making changes to policies and advocating for the client.


To be a successful Account Manager, you must be a relationship-oriented individual with great organizational skills.


Duties:

• Review & manage an assigned portfolio of accounts
• Provide professional and efficient service
• Handling client inquiries.
• Remarketing policies when necessary
• Updating client information on Applied Epic systems as well as the insurer portals.


Qualifications:


• RIBO licensed
• Great customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (outlook and Word)
