Job Description

Receive incoming calls and emails and perform miscellaneous administrative task such as setting up clients in client management software, typing, sanning, filing/electronic filing, and distributing mail and speaking with clients, taking payments, processing policy changes on various company portals.  Pulling client reports and preparing documetns for clients.

Experience with Insurance company portals and TAM preferable.

If not currently RIBO Licensed, willing to get RIBO licensed.
