Our progressive and growing insurance brokerage is looking for a sales professional to join our Financial Services/Employee Benefits and Retirement team. Working out of our Hamilton office, we require a experienced Consultant with proven expertise in group benefits to develop sales to new clients and develop their own block of business. If you have a proven sales background and are looking for a promising career where the sky is truly the limit, we want to hear from you.

The successful candidate will have: proven sales track record; above average service and communication skills, planning and organization abilities, and the capability to meet retention and growth goals.


  • Fully licensed to sell Group and Individual Benefits (CLU designation required and CEBS & GBS an asset)
  • 2-5 years Group Benefits experience
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous education
  • Competence in Word and Excel
