The Opportunity:

Our client is looking for a Vice President of Client Relations. This individual will report directly to the COO and be responsible to ensure Client and Revenue by staffing and directing a service team, and work with the goal of maximum client retention.

About You:

You have a proven track record, can demonstrate amazing leadership qualities, have a positive outlook and can motivate others. You are comfortable attending and participating in Traction EOS and company functions. You are detail oriented and follow the companies’ best practices and procedures. You can handle yourself professionally if any potential Errors & Omission s or bad dept situations need to be reported to the COO.

Necessary qualifications include:

  • Level 2 General Insurance Licence
  • CIP, CRM, and RIMS
  • 10+ years commercial insurance experience (transportation, oil and gas)
  • 10+ years customer service with a focus on retention, satisfaction, and growth.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a vision to build and develop organizational growth.
  • Excel in people leadership; natural ability to engage, coach, motivate and develop employees.
