We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee 3 offices in Edmonton. The successful candidate will run the day-to-day duties of operating the brokerages.
Our client is a relatively new brokerage, they have a profitable track record and continue to grow. Their book of business is both personal and commercial lines, however their commercial is exceedingly growing. They are an enthusiastic bunch and looking to add the same in the Operations Manager role.
You are energetic and have a natural ability to develop excellent rapport amongst employees. You are detail orientated and organized and have proven success in developing a team. You are comfortable talking with insurance companies to build strong relationships. You enjoy working individually or collaboratively on special projects. You stay up to date on current company trends and culture and encourage high morale.
Necessary qualifications include:
- Level 2 license
- CAIB or CIP (or working towards)
- 5+ years of insurance experience. (Personal or commercial)
- Leadership/management experience
- Very driven and eager to grow a team.
