We are looking for a permanent full time Intermediate Adjuster (Property) to join our Calgary branch. You will be responsible for investigating, evaluating and settling property insurance claims for SGI CANADA (AB & BC). You will collect, review and analyze claims information to determine damage and values; interpret applicable acts, regulations and policy coverages; and negotiate claim settlements.

 

Requirements

Candidates must bring the education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity — after all, we’re counting on you.  We are looking for candidates who have a two-year diploma from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as Business. Candidates should have at least five years’ experience in residential, commercial and liability claims handling. Alternative combinations of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
